ABOUT GRANDVIEW AND THE LINKS

Phase I	This phase is already underway and is slated to be single family homes starting in the $200,000 price range and up.
Phase II	These estate homes will be starting at $300,000 range
Phase III	These lots will be cottage-style homes with prices starting in the high-$100,000 range.
	Combined, the three phases will offer approximately seventy residences. All three phases will have full access to the Clubhouse amenities and The Links at Grandview, with membership initiation fees being part of the home package price. Each homeowner may then select their annual membership level, dependent upon which facilities they want to access. Each Grandview package includes the building site, home, and landscaping package.
